Project Goal

We had the pleasure of participating in an exciting rebranding project for our client, Millers Meatcraft. Millers Meatcraft is a specialty butcher shop beloved by the community of Bowen Island, BC. They were undergoing a transformation with a new brand name and a modern look and feel. Our goal was to help them design a strong brand identity.

Project Flow

During the first round of the logo design, there were 2 versions out of 4 that the client really liked. He immediately loved one of them for the brand logo but hoped to use the other for his social media accounts.
Why did he love both logos and want to use both? It's because, in the second one, I had turned Bowen Island into a giant steak! This unique piece of graphic design resonated with him deeply, reflecting both his love for Bowen Island and his mission to offer the freshest meat to the community.

To suit different needs, I have produced 2 versions for him. One with detailed shape exactly like the island, best for printing on merchanises. The other one is with smoother lines, best for usage on social media where people are viewing that on a small mobile screen.
